Dial 112 or 999 for the emergency services.
In the event of an emergency on the club premises or playing areas, please follow the steps below:
- Keep the casualty warm and comforted in accordance with first aid procedures
- To summon pitch-side help blow three long, loud whistle blasts.
- Have a responsible person call the emergency services. Call 112 (from a mobile phone) or 999. The club address is: Marston Ferry Road, Summertown, Oxford OX2 7EE.
- Make sure that the responsible person reports back that the emergency services are responding. If in doubt dispatch a second person to call the emergency services.
- Locate a qualified first aider, using the list above.
- Report all details of serious accidents and injuries to the Welfare Officer for recording in the club’s Accident Book and if, necessary, reporting to the Health and Safety Executive.
