New players

To join as a new player, please either:

(1) Download and complete the Club membership form and the RFU registration form (click on these links or see the side bar). The completed forms need to be handed in to your age group coach, at the club shop or at the registration tent on the registration Sunday along with two passport-sized photos of the player and payment to cover the annual subscription.

OR

(2) Complete the membership and subscription process online here - please note that to complete the online membership form you will need to pay the appropriate annual subscription online via Google Checkout first as the Google Checkout order ID is required to complete the online form.

Returning players

Returning players need to complete and return the Club membership form only and payment of the annual subscription. Alternatively, the annual subscription and the club membership form may be paid for and completed online here.

!!! To complete the online membership form you will need to pay the required annual subscription online via Google Checkout and will need your Google Checkout order ID to complete the online membership form so please complete your online subscription payment first.

Ideally, new photographs and an updated RFU registration form need to accompany the club membership form at the start of a player’s U13 season.

Subscription rates

We have managed to hold the subscription rate for the 20011/12 season at last year’s level:

£85 per Junior player (U13 to U17)
£65 per Mini player (up to U12)

Family discounts

For families, the oldest playing sibling pays the full subscription rate, second oldest playing sibling attracts a 25% discount off their subscription rate and all further playing siblings attract a 50% discount each.

Coaches discounts

For coaches, the oldest playing sibling receives a 75% discount from the full subscription rate, second oldest playing sibling attracts a 90% discount off their subscription rate and all further playing siblings attract a 100% discount each.
